One-on-One Coaching

Personalized one-on-one nutrition coaching allows for a customized approach that takes into account your unique body, preferences, and lifestyle. The guidance is specifically designed to meet your individual needs, ensuring a more effective and sustainable nutrition plan.

One-on-one coaching provides you with the accountability you need to meet your goals once and for all. You will learn how to ditch diet culture and feel good in your body at every stage of life. We start with small goals that we can build on as your confidence grows.

  • 12 weeks of one-on-one support 

  • Personalized meal recommendations

  • A guide for the stage of life you are in (preconception, 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester, the first 12 weeks postpartum, or everyday motherhood) each guide includes recipes to maximize important nutrients during each stage 

  •  Trackers and journal prompts to guide your journey 

  • Accountability check-ins with me! 

  • 24/7 Access to me to ask questions
